I am Patricia Wade, and my passion is real estate! As a Sr. Real Estate Advisor for Glazen Homes of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, I incorporate over 25 years of knowledge as a former banker, where I specialized in residential and commercial real estate. Additionally, my keen eye for design and attention to detail help make homes more attractive to potential buyers. At the same time, my extensive background as a former Corporate Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer is invaluable when working with real estate investment clients. My experience includes new construction as the lead loan officer working on projects as large as the Kalahari or offering expertise in the value assessment for residential apartment buildings, office buildings, and mixed-use projects.

My real estate career began after graduating with a dual major in Real Estate and Finance from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. I started working for Stewart Title as an Escrow Officer and obtained my Real Estate Title License. I then joined Ticor Mortgage Insurance Company as an underwriter for private mortgage insurance. I finished my time in Columbus as a residential underwriter for the largest lender of residential mortgages, Buckeye Federal Savings & Loan, where I managed five residential underwriters.

After my Husband completed his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University, we moved to the Chagrin Valley. My love of art and design, which started as a hobby, eventually became a profession while raising my three children. I worked for a private interior designer, finally establishing my own art and design business, Loeb & Leeb Designs.

And then, real estate was calling me again. It was on to corporate banking where I continued my passion for real estate as a Corporate Banking Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, with an emphasis on investment real estate.

My continued love of learning and desire to apply my years of experience in real estate finance coupled with my interest in art and design have brought me to the beautiful privilege I find myself in today.
